Gulf Oil Refinery was founded in 1969 by the visionary Late Sh. Haqiqat Rai Mahendru in India. The company began it’s journey in petrochemical industry by establishing a Caltex Gas Station with a major focus on High Speed Diesel (HSD), Light Diesel Oil (LDO), Kerosene Oil, Lubricants, Pesticides, Insecticides, and Fertilizers. This era laid the groundwork for future growth and diversification.
